Easycabs Mobile Application adds real-time monitoring and live traffic information

(CIPL), has launched two new Hi-tech features for its EasyCabs Mobile Application suite wherein the customers will now be able to track the location of their booked cabs in real-time with an option of getting live traffic information. EasyCabs Mobile Application is one of the first and finest applications for booking cabs through mobile phones for local transportation within the city. The mobile app has been launched for all Android and Symbian based phones, Blackberry and iPhone.
The EasyCabs mobile application feature is available for service to customers in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
Post an overwhelming response to the Easycabs Mobile Application suite with an active user base of over 50000 users; this is yet another initiative from the company to make its services more convenient, customer friendly and easy through technology.

With Real Time monitoring of cabs booked via the mobile application, the customers can now monitor the location of their cabs on real time basis. Easycabs customers can track the location of the cab once it has been assigned through the Mobile booking application. Customers won’t have to bother for any follow-up calls, with the app they will know the exact location of the cab and when will it be reaching the pickup location.
The other imperative feature is live updates on traffic. The feature Powered by the Traffic information provider Traffline.com will facilitate the Easycabs customer with the traffic situation on their way enabling them to sketch out a different route to surpass the traffic chaos, if any. This is yet another pioneering initiative from the company addressing the busy schedules and lifestyles of its customers.
